What GTM Otto stores, and why.

GTM Otto is a product of Otto Softwares. It is self-driving LinkedIn prospecting: it finds people who match a profile you describe, warms them up from your own LinkedIn account, invites them, and drafts messages you approve.

This page says what GTM Otto stores about you and about the people it reaches, and what we do with it. Questions go to [email protected].

Your account: name, email address, organisation, and the plan and billing status. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us.

Your LinkedIn account data, through Unipile, the provider that connects your LinkedIn account to GTM Otto: the session it needs to act on your behalf, your profile, your connections, and the messages exchanged with the people GTM Otto reaches.

Leads: the public LinkedIn profile data of the people GTM Otto sources for your plays, and the companies they work at, plus what it did with each one (visits, likes, invites, messages) and what came back.

Messages: every draft the planner writes, whether you approved or rejected it, and the replies it received. Drafts are written from the person's public activity and from your own posts, which we read to learn your voice.

Usage: which tools were called from the cockpit or from an MCP client, when, and with what result. We use this to run the product and to find what is broken.

Unipile connects your LinkedIn account and carries every action GTM Otto takes on it.

Clerk handles sign-in. Stripe handles payment. Convex hosts the database and runs the backend. Cloudflare serves the site, the cockpit and the MCP endpoint.

Data providers supply the public profile and company data the sourcing lanes search. Language-model providers write the drafts from the context above; they do not keep it to train on.

PostHog records product analytics. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.

We keep your data while your account exists. Sourced leads and run history are pruned on a rolling basis as the product requires.

When you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete the account, disconnect the LinkedIn account from Unipile, and remove your plays, leads, drafts and messages. Backups roll off within thirty days. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.

Disconnecting your LinkedIn account without deleting the account stops every action immediately and removes the session; the history stays until you delete the account.

You can export or delete what we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account.

If you are a person GTM Otto reached and you want no further contact, or you want your data removed, write to the same address. Every play carries an absolute exclusion list, and we add you to it.
